Problem with Police Deux-Montagnes

Hello Mr. Martineau
Subject: Problems with Police Deux-Montagnes
It's been 14 years that I live in Deux-Montagnes in front of a primary school, and since the last 6 years, I have difficulties with parents of students as well as the police.
In the morning between 6: 30 and 8: 30, is racing to bring the children come to school, we turn our entries or even standing on it, or is the race to take the train because I live on St. Jude Street, overlooking the Grand Moulin station on the Deux-Montagnes / Montreal.
The evening is the same thing. I have repeatedly asked parents to park elsewhere because their parking has even served on the side of the school without even being used, but we replied: "It will not be long I will just look my child. "
The parking in front of the St. Jude School, which overlooks the street of the same name, is a landing zone, they do not understand what it means or what?
With all this we must not forget the people returning from work, so human tide on the streets between 15: 15 and 18: 30 at the same time that leaving school.
Imagine all this winter with the snow banks! And the narrow street as an alley!
The nights when there are meetings of parents is hell. Parents are stationed on 2 sides of the street, very close. If an emergency happens, ambulance or fire engine, it does not. It has already witnessed, and because of the pride of parents, a house burned.
When you phone the police, they take so long to come that parents are almost all gone, so for them, there is no problem. But it's always us who have to live with this problem.
When it comes to meetings at City Hall, because after 817 complaints of movement in the neighborhood, they had the idea to the city to a meeting, our district council of Grand Moulin, Mr. Sauvageau plays us the violin making us believe that handles the problem and that it should be resolved and nothing happens.
It is not only Montreal-Nord that problems happen.
Thank you! Sincerely,
Ms. Marjolaine Séguin
