Stronger than Yvan Delorme, Police Deux-Montagnes

I am a resident of Two Mountains in the neighborhood Grand Moulin on St. Jude Street. I am the neighbor on the other side of a primary school for 36 years. I built my house with my husband in 1972. The school, for it was built in 1947 and was expanded in 1996. The first years of expansion have been peaceful. But since 2002, recent years have been the worst because we are taken hostage by the parents of the school.
There are even of cars parked in our entry, without asking permission, not to mention all those who come to us and turn us with their vehicle, a sudden bumper on the ankles, always in our driveway. "But yes, they are entitled because they have children to school themselves," says Police Regional de Deux-Montagnes, on the phone, what my son sees it as a serious assault.
The school will soon be over, what a beautiful opportunity to come out this scandal, along with the willful blindness of the Chief of Police of Montreal, Yvan Delorme. It is not only children who did not look forward to this day. The holidays are supposed soon completed.
We have places where you can park on the street, commonly called no parking. Last week, there were 4 cars parked illegally, and affecting traffic. So I called the police, as he advised me to do. After 45 long minutes of waiting, a car of the Police Regional de Deux-Montagnes spent but without stopping or landing. I wonder as whether suburbanites in Montreal drivers are as lucky as us. I reminded the police and talked to "dispatch" the officer replied that the meeting completed and that no cars n'encombraient traffic and parking lots were filled.
Except that the officer who responded to my call was held did not we monitor. He did not return to school to ask the time of the end of the evening. In addition, either 5 or 10 minutes of illegal parking it remains illegal. There was an empty parking across the street.

Our neighborhood is becoming increasingly shake. Theft, vandalism, assault, threat, intimidation, entered by crime, the list goes on and even recently, in early August, rape of a girl aged 15 by 2 teens 13 years. In Montreal, residents of a city of 1.6 million are accustomed. But the crimes that I have appointed are all arrivals this summer, in the district of Grand Moulin 2000 souls, and even in a sector from my street, the rue St. Jude to resort Grand Moulin.
I understand that our police have a very large territory to cover Deux-Montagnes, Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, Pointe-Calumet. Even most of them are doing an outstanding job. But now there is a letting go in the neighborhood, and hot spots are not protected and time to respond is much too long when there response.
