Kevin Smith too big to fly

(BUM) American director Kevin Smith has been ejected from a plane because of its weight.

Actor, director, producer and writer, Kevin Smith reveals that he was asked to leave an aircraft in the United States because he was supposedly too big for the seats, reports BBC News.

Smith, 39, says that a driver was ejected from a Southwest Airlines flight, departing from Oakland to get to Burbank, California, claiming that the single seats were too small for him.

Smith complained about the incident on his Twitter, saying: "I am very big, but I'm not at that point yet."

Note that Southwest Airlines has apologized to the director via Twitter and on his website. It reads: "Our drivers are responsible for safety and comfort of all guests in the aircraft and therefore held that Mr. Smith needed more than one seat to board the flight."

Kevin Smith has produced numerous films, including Clerks and he is currently working on the new movie Cop Out where we find the actor Bruce Willis.
