Most recently, following charges of incitement to hatred and religious desecration to Francis Chartrand, my brother, Steve Humphreys, and me, Anne Humphreys, had decided to take the lead and again to infiltrate the NDP Quebec Section, hypocritically of course where we made some surprising discoveries.
At a general meeting of the NDP Quebec Section in Montreal on January 31, at Centre Saint-Pierre, members have acknowledged that Canada's presence in Afghanistan was a violation of Human Rights. If this is not incitement to hatred, what is it?
